CVS is Concurrent Versions System. It's the method by which the program source code is stored and managed.

We use the Sourceforge CVS system for the dotMods environment only - dotProject Core now uses SVN (as of November 2007) and therefore all of the faceats of that system are controlled by them - http://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=29894&group_id=1 is a good starting point for you to follow.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We don't control / manage or administer the CVS. If you are experiencing problems access the CVS for dotmods please refer to http://www.sourceforge.net for status information.
